Do you have a passion for being part of and leading projects focused on technical development and sustainability? Then the role of Project Manager with us might be what you are looking for!

Our clients are leaders in both technical innovation and sustainability, which shapes the projects you will be involved in. AFRY strives to be a frontrunner in sustainability, and as a Project Manager, you will play a significant role in shaping a more sustainable future. The projects in the industry focus on creating sustainable solutions, including increased energy efficiency, higher material efficiency, and smarter production systems.

In your role as a consultant and Project Manager, you will belong to the section Project, Control & Management, which specializes in project management and works with various roles within project management, project and program governance, and project coordination. The assignments span across the industry and technology sectors, where we contribute to shaping the future's smart production and products.

Today, we are a group of project managers with 0 to 25 years of experience from leading roles in the industry. Most of us are certified according to PMI or PRINCE2. Despite our technical focus, our common drive is to develop within leadership and project management.

In this position, you will be based in Linköping and will be placed on assignments at client sites.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with 2-10 years of work experience in project management within the industry, preferably in product development or production. You have an engineering degree, and it is advantageous if you have experience with projects in automotive, food & pharma, or similar industries.

As a person, you have the ability to create enthusiasm, engagement, and success among employees. You are passionate about teamwork, driven by challenges, and love competitions and social contexts. At the same time, you find technology interesting and are eager to develop both as an engineer and a leader. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

For some of our clients, a security check and drug test are mandatory, which you need to be comfortable with.
